My client is one of the most recognisable retail origination in the UK, who are now actively seeking a Change Manager with Telephony/Call centre experience.

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for the entire move and change of a call centre from one originations to another.

Responsibilities/Experience

- Change and Migration experience
- Worked Telephony/Call Centre Change/Migrations
- Project/Programme Management experience
- Technical Understanding
- Relevant experience of coordinating business change
- Strong understanding of the full lending process
- Change management skills including risk and issue management, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Business Analysis and Documentation
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely self-motivated / operate independently
