Branch Manager Estate Agency - Farnborough - Basic up to GBP25k + comm

Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful & ambitious BRANCH MANAGER who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role.

Very Competitive Basic Salary of up to GBP25,000 with a realistic GBP45,000 OTE.
Plus either a company car or car allowance.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Successfully list a targeted number of properties with strong fee rates.
* Managing a team of negotiators & the day to day running of the office
* Generate appointments for viewings, valuations & financial services.
* Following up on leads.
* Business Development
The Ideal Person:
* You will have the excellent ability to build rapport.
* You will enjoy working towards targets.
* You will have good listening skills.
* You will be resilient & self-motivated.
* You will have a UK driving Licence.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working in an estate agency at a senior level.
