Elevation FMCG are currently recruiting for a Shift Production Manager in South Yorkshire. My client is a major food manufacturing businesses who supply the major retailers with a range of high quality products. Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking to recruit a talented Shift Production Manager to join the management team at their state of the art facility.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing production activities across a large site. You will be tasked with driving efficiencies and identifying areas for improvement across the site. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing staff on site and will stand in for the Factory Manager when required.
Elevation FMCG would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
-A minimum of 3 years management experience within the food manufacturing industry
-A proven track record of managing large teams of staff
-A good knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement techniques
-A degree or similar qualification would be highly advantageous
