Surveyor / Estimator

This long standing company is looking to recruit an experienced surveyor/estimator to support company, in and around Wiltshire. Managing client relationships, works budgets and schedules and organising works from quotation to completion.

Benefits ofSurveyor / Estimator:

- Salary to GBP30k + per annum
- Working Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities ofSurveyor / Estimator:

- To quote for new planned works and managing projects to completion to achieve:- Customer Satisfaction
- Standard Of Workmanship
- Time And Budget Management

- Reporting direct to the MD. You will take ownership of the works from initial estimation, material purchasing, tradesmen allocation, works completion and sign off.
- Liaise between client and operations/ tradesmen
- Preparing quotes for project works
- Project Management
- Liaising with customers
- Competent and reliable QS with PM experience
- Confident customer focused
- Understanding of residential and commercial property

Requirements ofQuantity Surveyor / Estimator:

- Established experience as a Surveyor / Estimator
- Experience within a construction environment
- Must be flexible
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
