The Role in a few words:
Montreal Associates is looking for ambitious, talented language speakers to support the expansion of our "France Account Management division".
You will be in charge of sourcing and developing relationships with candidates in the European French speaking markets.
The responsibilities will involve part of the recruitment life cycle focus on the candidate side to deliver our best clients needs. You will be sourcing, qualifying, following processes, interviewing, matching, managing as well as work closely with account managers who will guide and support your development.
Successful candidates can have some experience in the recruitment industry however this is not a must have as we are open to graduates and junior profiles without industry experience. We will offer you a structured career path with promotion based on results and merit which could lead you to different directions.
Daily Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, managing and interviewing candidates
- Matching candidates with the clients' needs
- Understanding clients needs
- Develop your vertical market knowledge
- Building a specialist network of high calibre candidates
- Organising and managing interviews
- Following up on each placement
- Working closely with an account managers
