The role:
responsibility for the production of precision machined parts for the Aerospace, Defence, Oil, Marine and nuclear industries;
undertaking a varied workload producing one offs & small quantity items working from samples & technical drawings to fine tolerances;
working on small batch parts and high volume components.
The Person:
ability to operate various machines with experience in Herbert Colchester and Ward machines;
toolmaking and repair work experience.
Position: Manual Lathe Machinist

Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday ; 07:30 - 12:30 Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: ??10 - ??15 per hour
