This is a Senior Engineering Maintenance Manager Job leading future business improvement initiatives.
Your new role
Managing and coordinating your Engineering team to best utilise their knowledge, setting standards and ensuring audit compliance at all times. You will develop your multi skilled engineering team through enhanced learning and KPI objectives and ensure company policy and procedure is followed. Overall remit will also be to improve production through maintenance management to reduce downtime.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this unique opportunity you will have proven experience in a maintenance environment within manufacturing and have an engineering qualification either mechanical or electrical. People management, Capex projects and leadership skills are essential.
