Our client is a specialist company offering Electrical Inspection and Testing services to businesses across the country. With continued and sustained business successes, they are adding to our team.
They are recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive/Business Development Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven professional who can use their excellent communication skills to grow business relationships and revenues. With an existing database of contacts and a strong name in our industry, the Telesales Executive is a key individual responsible for bringing in new business for the company.
The role will require you to:
* Call prospective customers to promote our clients services and solutions
* Contact existing customers to develop and build relationships to increase customer spend
* Devise and conduct, with support, marketing campaigns to develop new business from new customers
* Grow and maintain the existing Salesforce CRM database
* Use email and phone calls to grow the brand
To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience working in a volume-driven Telesales role; although some experience selling Electrical Services and Testing would be ideal, it's not essential. You should have a positive and confident demeanour and be a strong and articulate communicator, both verbally and written.
Our client has a friendly team so you should be comfortable working within a small group of people, and occasionally you' d be working on your own. You will have excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. The role is based in their new Hertford Town Centre offices which are easily accessible by rail, bus, and car.
Initially, the role is expected to be working 25 hours per week, however, this is negotiable. After the completion of a successful probation period, additional hours if required may be available for the right candidate.
