The company is one of the UK's leading independent consulting firms that specialises in Pensions, Systems and Data. The company is independently owned and has enjoyed rapid growth over the last 10 years recently being awarded 'Investec Mid-Market 100 UK Fastest Growing Companies' and the TIMES 1000 companies to Inspire Britain.

The company is now looking to build a flexible administration function operating out of their Guildford Office to provide admin support to our clients from the Financial Services sector.

The team will be self-sufficient and structured to ensure service levels can flex depending on client requirements. To continue with the company's success, they're looking for a team of individuals known for their can-do attitude and their abilities in:

- Communication with policy providers and policy holders,
- Data extraction and analysis,
- Report generation
- a variety of administration and recording tasks

Job Role:

The company is looking for capable and focussed administrators who have experience of and are capable of delivering excellence to high levels of quality in a fast paced and rapidly expanding environment.

The ideal candidate will have a broad based financial services knowledge, predominantly within the Pensions market but any Financial Product knowledge would be an advantage.

The candidate will thrive on a rapidly-changing, fast paced, demanding but rewarding environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator to get in at ground level and help develop a world class administration service.

Medium to long term, the company's strategy is to provide a 12 hour operation, staffed by flexible resources working on a variety of shift patterns. The company is open to discussions around flexibility and alternative working schedules where they enable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service to end users and clients
- Deliver workload allocated by the Administration Team Manager
- Escalate more complex issues and problems that are outside the established guidelines.
- Follow policies and procedures
- Produce and send letters to members and companies
- Use of administration software (proprietary)
- Offer ideas on how to improve standards and develop new, more efficient procedures.
- Attentive to detail, you will maintain an awareness of other business activities and work flexibly across other departments.
- Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and third parties.
