Warehouse Manager - Late Shift

Your new company Your new company is a nationally recognised and a market leader within the manufacturing and distribution sector. They manufacture and deliver ambient, chilled, frozen and tobacco products.Your new role Your new job will be working as a Warehouse Manager on Permanent late shifts. You will be working 2pm - 10pm and managing a team of between 11 Warehouse operatives with a Warehouse Supervisor also reporting into you. You will be based in Brislington, a short 10 minute drive from Bristol Temple Meads. In this role you will manage all of the operatives on their KPI targets to ensure pick rates and accuracy targets are met.You will be reporting into the Late Shift Operations Manager and you will be expected to aid HR in investigations into quality queries from customers. You will have to liaise with the Production Management team to ensure all stock is available as and when needed.What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have worked within a Warehouse Manager role for in excess of three years. Your person management skills will be strong and you will need to be able to develop a great working relationship with all colleagues. Having an understanding of Continuous improvements and Lean will aid you in your application.
