Soft Services ManagerStreet,??34-37k per annumPermanent.Days; 8-5.We are currently working alongside the UK's leading Facilities management company to recruit a customer focused, Soft Services manager to their client site based in Street The successful candidate will act as the focal point for all site Soft Services and office moves.Responsibilities include; All Soft Services including; Cleaning, Security, Reception/Switchboard, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste Management.To hold line management responsibility for direct Soft Service Staff.To monitor performance of all soft service lines and conduct regular performance audits against these.To liaise with client/customers regularly to understand the needs of the occupants and ensure that the expectations are managed and the service meets these expectations.To liaise with client/customers regularly to understand the accommodation requirements and plan with the efficient use of resource.To develop and maintain excellent relationships with client, customers, staff and contractors.To be responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental matters.To have a good general understanding of Hard Services as office moves may require M&E / fabric alterations to be completed.Produce reports and attend meetings as and when required Ideal Candidate; Proven track record within Soft ServicesCustomer focusedIOSH/NEBOSH qualified- idealGood understanding of M&E servicesComputer literate Apply online for further information.
