Customer Support Salary: ??16,000 - ??18,000 Juice are currently searching for super enthusiastic and motivating Customer Coaches to join their growing team in Bath. If you have a keen interest in sport and fitness then this is a brilliant opportunity for you! As a Customer Coach you will be providing a high quality of customer service that is encouraging and supportive on ways to keep active, and using your expert knowledge on ways to keep a healthy lifestyle. You must be friendly and able to speak to all customers. You will be a keen brand ambassador looking to raise awareness of the company in a positive and inspiring way. The ideal candidate will: - Be responsible for providing a high level of support to members to keep them active, motivated and eager to try new ways of keeping fit. - Provide a high level of support to the owners and staff of the venues. - Act as the friendly face and enthusiastic voice of the company. - Help to build a sociable community of members by encouraging them to share their experiences with others on social media.
