We are one of the UK's prominent suppliers of professional audio and lighting products, and we are looking for someone with customer-focused experience who can share in our enthusiasm and passion and help grow our business in the UK Applicants must have the following: Enthusiasm for the products and services we offerGood telephone sales experience/mannerNew business generation and account management experienceAbility to develop and maintain excellent relationshipsSelf-motivated, resilient, determined, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritisingGood organisation and time management skillsTeam player with a strong work ethicDetail-oriented, energetic and methodicalProfessionalism, integrity, must be well-presentedStrong Administration skillsExperience of working within the professional Audio and Lighting or Events industry would be beneficial Responsibilities include: Promptly answer any incoming telephone calls and e-mail enquiries efficiently, facilitating client requests regarding product purchase, quotation, availability, striving to meet their requirements and coordinating workload following company procedures and processes.Prepare quotations in an accurate and timely manner, ensure every up-selling opportunity is identified, followed up and recorded in order to maximise any sales potential.Establish excellent customer relationships, provide a high standard of service to clients and represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.To actively learn and understand the prop stock in order to assist clients with their requirements. This job is a full time post, working 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, taking 1 hour for lunch). Salary will be based upon experience.
