Salary: £17-£21,000 + benefits

The Role

This role will suit someone who is process driven and able to use their initiative within a busy environment. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous resourcing skills to learn new skills in this exciting, fast paced and growing business.

We are looking for someone who is going to live and breathe our brand; with the aim of getting others excited about where our business is going.

Working across all departments, you will have the opportunity to work on differing levels of roles throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Screening and calling all applications for current vacancies
* Candidate Management
* Booking interview days and experience days
* Managing multiple diaries
* Tracking new starters progress
* Reporting on weekly recruitment activity
* Headhunting candidates via social media
* Competitor research activity
* Assisting in new starter induction process
* Assisting in recruitment strategies to ensure we have the best people in our business

The Person
* Excellent Telephone manner
* Excel proficiency
* Use of LinkedIn
* Focus and attention are essential as you will be working with high demand and able to cope under pressure
* Previous experience in Recruitment/Resourcing ideal
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
