911 project is a 24-hour accommodation based project in Broomhall, Sheffield which provides a service to 36 customers with complex needs including substance and alcohol misuse, many have experienced exclusion and isolation from other services and their job is to support them to re-engage with those around them.

As a Key Worker your role will be to assist customers to maintain and gain accommodation, complete risk and needs assessments, complete various housing management functions such as rent collection and void management, and lead customer involvement sessions.

Working hours 37 hours a week working on rota
