The Role:-

As a Bespoke High Net Worth Sales Leader you will drive Agencies to deliver High Net Worth and related personal lines growth through sales mentoring, performance management and being the technical expert for this business area across the South East

Maintain and facilitate effective relationships with and Agents and target customers; overseeing, monitoring and facilitating performance.

Duties:-

?? Develop and maintain effective business relationships between agencies, field teams, local regional service centres and the specialist services team to ensure the effective delivery of High Net Worth objectives
?? Provide technical expertise, advice, guidance, coaching and support for High Net Worth and associated personal lines products and consultative selling, effectively facilitating the delivery of the proposition for new business and retention, to ensure the credibility of case proposition to customers and develop the capability and knowledge of the sector
?? Work in partnership with agents to understand their business and High Net Worth sales potential in order to drive, motivate and influence the delivery of individual Agency High Net Worth annual sales and marketing plans/strategy to ensure the delivery of specified sales targets
?? Proactively drive, support and influence High Net Worth sales and marketing activities within agencies providing commercially-minded, tailored solutions and insight, as required, ensuring the effective delivery of the High Net Worth objectives and annual plans
?? Monitor and report on the performance against High Net Worth business plans, taking appropriate corrective action to rectify any shortfall in sales performance by agents to ensure the delivery of High Net Worth objectives and sales targets
?? Educate, promote and publicise relevant High Net Worth personal lines competitor and product developments in order to maintain and develop knowledge of the affluent sector and agencies, enhance the reputation of this company as a market leader and improve risk awareness and demand for services
?? Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager

Role Requirements:-

?? Previous experience in High Net Worth sales
?? Experience of developing, leading and motivating a remote sales team
?? Proven success of meeting performance targets in a sales environment
?? Experience of developing business plans to increase sales and service focus
?? Proven consultative sales skills
?? Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
?? Strong relationship management skills
?? Effective coaching skills
?? Commercially minded and proven industry awareness
?? Excellent time management and personal organisation
?? Ability to work under own initiative

Qualifications/Other:-

?? High Net Worth / Private Client Experience essential in a broking or sales management role.
?? ACII desirable
?? Will be encouraged to complete ACII if not already qualified.
