Head of Sales with a fantastic business
Based Leicestershire.
Package includes salary c.GBP60-90K (depending upon experience) plus car and bonus

The business supplies high value capital goods - but much of their profit is derived from after-sales support and service contracts. That makes long term relationships critical to both customer retention and business growth.
What will be keeping you busy?
This new role will report directly to the Managing Director and is part of the Executive Team. You will be accountable for taking the company's sales strategy and converting it into an executable sales plan that ensures every member of the sales team is clear about the outcomes required.
Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about leading and developing people and are a proven coach and mentor. That's critical as your success (and bonus potential) will be judged on the overall team performance, not your personal sales achievements.
Your career to date will demonstrate that you are an expert in strategic selling - and can pass that on to those around you. Negotiation skills will be a particular strength and you will be able to point to success in leveraging a wide range of tradeables.
Our client is very open-minded about what sector you might come from. What you will be able to evidence is the ability to secure long-term value from customers making substantial investments in capital goods. A background in asset finance or leasing might also be of interest. If you have experience of formal tendering process such as PQQs and ITTs that would be an added bonus.
Based in Leicestershire you will travel regularly to other sites in the East Midlands as well as customers around the UK.
