The Company
Our client is a high-end British Interior Design company.

Main duties
To be in the front line of Business to Business communication and to provide high quality of B2B advise service, which increases the company’s reputation and boosts sales.

The Role
- To process orders accurately
- To ensure clients receive high standard of service
- To liaise with internal departments
- To develop and maintain relationships with key partners
- To identify system improvements
- To analyse data
- To monitor weekly reports and key accounts

The Candidate
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- Fluent in French (Written & spoken) ESSENTIAL
- Previous Customer Service or Account management experience ideal (preferably B2B and/or high end but not essential)
- Commercial and business acumen
- Self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners
- Interest in highest standard of B2B and in high end products
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Computer literate (excel / outlook…)
- High level of Organisational skills and ability to prioritise

The Salary:
£19,380 pa + Benefits (Pension & Health care scheme, generous staff discount, 24 days holidays)
