The Company:
Our client is a leading innovator, designer and retailer who distributes their products internationally to an ever growing market.

Main duties:
Your role with the company will be to support their commercial and sales strategies at an international level using your German and Polish language skills.

The Role:
- To create and maintain strong relationships and ensure that clients receive the best service possible
- To process orders, arrange and monitor their delivery
- To issue and follow up invoices
- To ensure a high level of communication both internally and externally
- To respond to all customer queries
- To plan and prepare campaigns and meetings with the Operations Team and VP
- To work closely with the VP to forecast, monitor and update sales trends and forecasts
- To update customers details accurately on the system
- To process all requests and forms as per company policy
- To keep client and customer records up to date

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English, German and Polish (written and spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in Sales Administration
- Excellent communication skills, strong focus on customers
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate

Salary:
£24k – 28k pa depending on experience
