The Company:
- Our client is a large Biotech manufacturing Company based in the Manchester area

Main duties:
- To provide technical Sales support to the Sales team with a particular focus on DACH region.

The Role:
- To support & generate sales through to order placement and hand over to the operational team
- To work closely with the Sales team in order to provide them with technical support & develop new sales strategies.
- To provide technical support to customers -understand and find solution to problems raised
- To develop solutions/options (Product Management, Engineering, Software, Project Management, etc)
- To draft proposals and work with Product Management (tech docs)
- To present solutions/options to customers (part of a formal team ‘pitch’ in a tender process)
- To prepare cost and bid preparation, including public tenders
- To feedback to Product Management on the market, new product development ideas and directions
- To travel approximately 30% of the time for Business

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & German both written and spotten is essential
- Strong commercial experience would be desirable
- Excellent Mathematical/numerical skills is essential
- Degree qualified in any technical related subject would be an advantage (Engineering, Science ...)
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical and people skills
- Ability to learn quickly & willingness to learn ( Inquisitive mind)
- Happy to travel (30% of the time)
- Excellent PC skills - competent user of MS Excel

The Salary:
Up to £65,000 DOE + Benefits
