37 hours per week. Working to a 4 week rota that includes weekend work for which an enhancement will be paid. To ensure consistency of service there is an expectation to work some of the contracted hours during an occasional part /nightshift.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a committed staff group in providing a quality service to 27 older people who reside in Ty Dyfan. 21 beds are occupied by older people living with a dementia and a 6 bed unit operates as a reablement facility for frail older people.
