Manager FCC Monitoring & Testing Risk Responsive M&T

The FCC M&T team assesses the adequacy of controls Embedded in the first line of defence and those operated by Financial Crime Compliance on their behalf and represents an integrated part of the FCC function in discharging its risk steward responsibilities.

The effectiveness and coverage of the programme is achieved through strong global governance, management and execution through global, regional and country teams of FCC M&T professionals. This role will monitor key MI or FCC indicators and conduct targeted monitoring and testing review activities as agreed within the Global FCC M&T team.

This is a true influencing role, you will be directing and guiding across all lines of business and all locations. The "repsonsive" nature of this role is it's key identifier - Global travel may be required at relatively short notice to assess issues and troubleshoot potential problems.
