Recruitment Administrator required for initial six month contract to work for a multi national defence company based in Stevenage.

Recruitment Administrator role description;
* To co-ordinate and organise interviews for each business area, which may involve liaising with recruitment agencies, dealing with senior managers and candidates of all levels.
* To meet and greet interview candidates when required and co-ordinate security requirements and carry out ID checks.
* To support the resourcing process in the administration of all vacancies which may include advertising of roles internally and externally and the administration of the Vacancy Management System including the extraction and manipulation of data and ad hoc reports as required.
* To administer offers and contracts of new starters from point of offer through to completion of on-boarding process and start.
* Support the organisation and weekly Induction for all new starters where required.
* To support the administration process for all leavers, including early retirees, to ensure a smooth transition and exit from the business.
* To liaise regularly with Administration teams in Bristol and Lostock with a focus on identifying and agreeing ways of continually improving processes and practices.
* Ensure all HR database SAP information is regularly updated, with all changes and amendments.
* Attend regular Resourcing UK meetings in Stevenage or other locations as required for the role.
* Support HR Advisers on Early Careers recruitment/administration if required.
* Setting up and administering psychometric testing for roles when needed.
* Organise and prioritise own workload ensuring all deadlines are met reviewing and monitoring priorities to ensure quality and standards are maintained.
* Investigate problems, queries and issues, presenting conclusions and discussing recommendations.
* Act as a member of the wider Resourcing UK team, contributing to the planning of activities, making suggestions and taking initiative.
* Any ad hoc duties as required by the admin team leader.

Performance Indicators
* Co-ordinate and maintain the recruitment systems accurately, promptly and to quality
* Ensure all HR admin is completed to the required standard and in a timely fashion
* Ensure all new recruits comply with the security and medical requirements for clearance purposes.
* Process all starters, promotion and leavers documentation in a timely and accurate manner.


Skills and Knowledge
* Possess previous recruitment administration experience within a busy recruitment/resourcing function.
* Experience of working under pressure to very tight challenging deadlines.
* Ability to multi-task with a range of relatively complex support/administration activities.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to challenge and stand your ground when necessary.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
* Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
* Excellent PC skills - MS Office, SAP, Recruitment systems experience desirable
* Occasional Saturday or evening work may be required at times to support recruitment events or possible travel to other sites (c.6 times per year).
