As a result of our continued and growing success and expansion since establishing in 2007, here at Austin Fraser, we are looking to once again grow the team. We're looking for ambitious sales people to become Recruitment Consultants within our IT and Engineering teams. We're a consultative, fun and hard working team who focus on high quality to give the best experience to all clients and candidates.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Austin Fraser, you'll benefit from an 8 week award winning, structured training programme. Supported by our dedicated learning and development team and your mentor from day one, we'll make sure you're continuously progressing. You can even start earning commission ASAP - there are no restrictions here and first deals can be done within the month. Realistically, your first year OTE will be around GBP35k.

Your main focus will be to build up a database within Austin Fraser, being taught the right way to generate leads and new business. You'll become a specialist in your very niche market so you are able to consult thoroughly and properly. However, don't let that put you off if you don't have any knowledge of the IT and Engineering industry, again, our supportive L&D team will guide you through this, and naturally you will begin to learn exactly what it's all about.

Work/Life Balance:

Our contracted hours are Monday-Friday 9-6, however you will need to put in extra hours and certainly in the first year, as in any targeted sales role. The difference here is you won't be micro managed and be expected to work 14 hour days. You'll be taught to work S.MA.R.T so you'll maximise the hours in the day so you can have more of a life.
