This beautiful, stylish 2AA Rosette Hotel is looking for an ambitious strongSous Chefto join their brigade working with a highly talented Head Chef. This establishment has a beautiful restaraunt and offers banqueting expierience,and a beautiful a la carte menu all offering an innovative cuisine using fresh, simple products. Plenty of room for progression for the right candidate.
Role:
As a Sous Chef you will be working in the Main Kitchen. You should be able to maintain the high standards of this fantastic establishment.
Working effectively as part of a team is key.

Job Criteria:
All candidates must be focussed and hardworking individuals with a passion for excellent cuisine and high standards. Experience for this position is essential, as is having an NVQ level 2&3. Must have had previous Rosette experience and hotel experience.
