International Recruitment Manager

As part of a creative and dynamic International Office, You will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships in key European markets.

You will have significant experience of international student recruitment and a proven track of recruiting international students from around Europe onto College courses. You will support and deliver the international recruitment strategy by attending overseas recruitment events, working with overseas agents, deploying innovative tactics to drive up recruitment and gathering and disseminating market intelligence about local market issues which may affect recruitment.

This role requires excellent organisation and planning skills. You must be educated to degree level or equivalent with proven experience of successfully working in a comparable international or sales role within mainland Europe.

You must have excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. You will be required to undertake frequent periods of evening and weekend work overseas (and occasionally within the UK).
