Customer Service Advisor (Full-time)

Salary: £22k to £26k depending on experience

About the role

We are actively seeking a customer service advisor to join our team at our head office in Wrotham Heath, Kent. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing the highest level of customer service possible. Customer service experience is essential along with excellent communication skills ideally within a customer support/help desk environment.

You will need to enjoy being part of a team and have the ability to pick things up quickly. The preferred candidate will have a background in gas breakdowns and servicing potentially with a Gas Safe qualification. Experience in heating diagnostics is preferable although not essential.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

    Answering customer calls, logging queries and booking engineer calls as necessary;Taking ownership and following through on all enquiries and complaints.Calls of a Gas Safe Technical nature are a major part of the day to day working and you will be in regular communication with gas installers or engineers.
Skills and Experience Required of the Customer Service Advisor:

    Previous experience in diagnosing faults and dealing with technical queries is preferred. Experience with call handling, prioritising your workload efficiently and good attention to detail is essential.1 years previous experience in a customer service roleExcellent customer service skills, preferably of a technical nature in the gas industry sector although not essential as training will be providedExcellent communication skillsGood level of computer literacyMotivated with strong organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to multi-task
