Financial Controller

An outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic management team of a well established and growing company responsible to the Hutchinson group of companies for the design, manufacture of anti-vibration mountings for the Aerospace, Defence and specialist Industrial markets, aircraft cockpit control panels and avionic racking. 

The successful candidate will be responsible to the Managing Director for the management of the finance and personnel department, the enhancement of financial and management control systems, development of unit costing and assessment of product profit analysis. In addition, contribute to the company strategy, prepare budgets and timely monthly management reports and, as part of Total, quarterly consolidation reporting, preparation of statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and Company Secretary duties.

You will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and technically strong with excellent communication and IT business systems skills. You will take a hands on approach to managing the day-to-day finances, be pro-active and open minded flexible attitude towards improving business efficiency.
