The Key Requirements
You must have a proven background in managing multi-disciplined engineers. Have at least 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager. Other key requirements in this role are:

??? Support & develop engineers
??? Monitor & control H&S - i.e RAMS, issue permits to work, toolbox talks
??? Maintain & develop customer relationships
