Customer Care Consultant, Telesales Executive

Customer Care Consultant required for a leading automotive-dedicated marketing agency.
We exist for the sole purpose of helping vehicle manufacturers and dealer groups retain and maximise their profit from existing customers, regenerate their lapsed customers and create new customers.

In the role the Telemarketing Consultant will be responsible for handling all Customer Care and Information & Marketing calls to a high standard. They will carry out professional sales and customer care calls on behalf of our automotive clients efficiently and effectively. They will process enquiries via the telephone, email and web chat; and will be expected to thoroughly understand the full range of services and handle all customer enquiries.

Job responsibilities

· Handling inbound and outbound call enquiries
· Book customers in for services and MOTs
· Handle customer satisfaction surveys
· Responding to email enquires and complaints
· To build a rapport with the customer whilst demonstrating an understanding of their situation and needs, being empathetic where applicable
· Capture all relevant data accurately and efficiently in the system

Flexible working hours between 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm Friday, 9am-5.30pm Saturday

£14,000 - £18,000+ Inc uncapped bonus
