Electrical Design Engineer

This is a great chance for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a successful engineering business, specialising in automation & production line test, inspection and calibration equipment; typically for the automotive industry.

The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for the electrical engineering drawings for new projects requested by clients. This will include the creation of electrical schematics and part schedules following project kick off.

The successful Electrical Design Engineer will have a background in a similar engineering position, ideally working on bespoke applications. Strong communication skills will also be required as the position will also attend design review meetings.

Role Requirements:

- Background working in a similar electrical design position
- Ability to create electrical schematics and part schedules
- Demonstrable experience of working on bespoke applications
- Work experience within the automotive industry is very advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
