Restoration Technician

An exciting opportunity for a Restoration Technician to join one of the UK's leading property damage restoration organisations, working on a number of commercial and domestic contracts in the Basildon, Romford and Maidstone area. Duties:?? Attend all jobs allocated by Dispatch and Area Operations Managers, including domestic and commercial perils.?? Ensuring company and quality procedures are adhered.?? Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required?? Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments used are calibrated?? Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders.?? Reviewing and making recommendations for new methods and techniques.?? Update live jobs on a weekly basis and inputting of reports.?? Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings.?? Organising and supervising Subcontractors or additional Technicians.?? Ensure van is equipped, clean and serviced.??
