Our client is the fastest growing providers of safety wear. Due to their rapid growth, they now have a vacancy for an Internal Sales / Account Manager to work with their internal and external sales team. You'll be working with them in Alfreton, developing and managing client accounts.
What you'll need to be considered for the role:
- Experience in customer service, sales or similar
- Excellent professional communication skills both on the telephone and face to face
- Be able to build strong relationships with clients
- Have experience meeting and exceeding targets
You'll be creating and managing client accounts and regularly undergoing company training to keep you up to date on knowledge of the company's products, offers and deals. With plenty of career progression available, our client is looking for someone with plenty of enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
Your role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Looking after the Northern division from an internal perspective, updating account information for each customer informing them about key offers and deals
- On occasion doing cold calling to increase sales
- Developing product portfolios to advise customers on new stock and availability
- Processing sales orders, booking meeting for the regional sales managers and MD To meet with customers and answering the phones
Salary Information and Working Hours
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum + Bonus
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
