This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a successful, well-established Civil and Structural Design consultancy based in a vibrant, friendly structures team in Newcastle. The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience using Revit in an engineering office and the role will involve working within the team on a number of exciting projects and assisting with the development of Revit and BIM protocols within the office.
Type of projects you will likely get involved in include residential and commercial builds, schools, hospitals, libraries and hotels from inception through to completion stage. The successful applicant is likely to be motivated, conscientious and able to work as a team player with minimal supervision and will have an interest in personal development.
Our client is offering a competitive starting salary plus attractive benefits including Pension, Healthcare, options for career progression and discretionary Bonus Schemes.
In order to be considered for this Structural REVIT Technician role you will;
- Have gained a minimum of HNC/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering
- You will be fully competent in use of Revit
- You will have a minimum of 4 years' worth of experience as a Structural CAD Technician in a UK consultancy
- You must be able to draw in all aspects of structures and provide reinforcement schedules
