ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER
BLACKPOOL
Circa GBP30,000-GBP32,000 + Pension + Benefits
Days Based
Our client, a leading Decorative Lighting Supplier/ Installation has an exciting opportunity within its project team for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer. Working for this forward thinking company you will oversee the electrical installation of Light Fittings in customer premises, including new products and refurbishments. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will play an integral role in achieving project targets for one of the country's leading Lighting Suppliers . This is a unique and challenging opportunity for an experienced Electrically Biased Project Engineer to join a progressive, yet stable company.
Role Description
*Ensure smooth transition from Project stage to installation
*Provide electrical installation support, including diagnostics
*Regular project updates
*Assist with exhibition builds
*Assist with electrical testing
*Assist in production and assembly on-site
*Provide additional project support
*Support project team in all aspects of life-cycle
*Involvement in continuous improvement activities
*Work proactively with QA to resolve quality issues that customer QA may identify
Skills and Qualifications
*Previous experience in Manufacturing environment
*Electrical Project Engineering Experience
*Level 3 Electromechanical services qualified
*Knowledge of I.E.E Wiring Regulations 17th Edition
*Capable of creating and documenting Situation and Decision Analysis reports.
*Self-motivated with the willingness and ability to make decisions and implement change.
*Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization from operative to senior manager level.
*Willingness to travel both in the UK and Overseas
