An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join Front Page Advantage (FPA) based in Basingstoke.

Front Page Advantage (FPA) is a well-established Digital Marketing Agency, identified by Google as an Agency with “high grow potential” providing Search Marketing and related services to SME businesses in the Thames Valley and South of England.

This role is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from a portfolio of existing clients and to work closely with our newly appointed Sales Executive in developing suitable new client relationships.

As an Account Manager your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Take ownership of relationships and revenue from small existing client portfolio via outstanding, pro-active account management through regular email, telephone communication and face to face meetings.
  • Manage and develop client campaigns across PPC, SEO and Social Media.
  • Prepare regular bespoke client reports with support from the team. Reporting on PPC and / or SEO campaign performance providing meaningful measurements and KPI’s along with advice and actions for further improvement.
  • To take a consultative approach in understanding each client’s objectives and to explore / advise on other relevant marketing strategies / campaigns (in line with FPA services).
  • To support and initially manage our newly appointed Sales Executive.
  • Analysing client websites along with traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Maintaining FPA’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships.
  • To identify, promote and generate new revenue opportunities from within existing client portfolio.
  • To ensure that all client data is stored and kept up to date on the company's data / crm systems.
  • Communicate and report effectively to Account Director on account management activity, revenue from client portfolio and new revenue opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments through online resources, publications / blogs etc.
  • Contribute ideas for improvement to business processes and marketing ideas.
  • Any other relevant activity required by the company.

An ideal Account Manager will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • To hold Google qualifications in Google Analytics and be an AdWords certified professional.
  • To have been actively account managing SME clients PPC and SEO campaigns for several years
  • In depth knowledge of search marketing PPC, Display, Mobile and SEO
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-starter / motivator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for digital platforms and technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Lives within 40 minutes’ drive of Basingstoke office
  • Holds a clean UK driving licence and has own car

In return for this you will receive a salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme.
