Our client is looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Manager (maternity cover) to join a high performance team based in stunning surroundings outside of Sandy in Bedfordshire.

Contract: Maternity Cover- Maximum 12 months

In the role you will manage a team and be required to define the annual strategy for audience led direct marketing campaigns, to help achieve engagement and income targets and a great supporter experience.

You will have the ability to produce detailed annual budget plans for the team informed by results analysis, so a high level of numeracy and excel skills are essential.

You will work with multiple stakeholders so strong cross team working and communication skills are essential.
