Lloyds Banking Group are looking for two Processors to support the customer journey by carrying out a range of data entry/processing or customer service duties ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to all specified bank processes, procedures, standards and relevant external regulations.
As a Processor you will respond to a range of enquiries and clarify the customers understanding of the information being given. You will also be responsible for assisting, when required, with the line management with the implementation of changes in own work area.
Rate of Pay: GBP8.70ph

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of data entry/processing or customer service duties

- Timely completion of individual / team work
- Meeting targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels
- Adherence to procedures and regulations
- Contribution to continuous improvement and treating customers fairly
- Demonstration of willingness to contribute to team beyond your own immediate tasks

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to our customers using clear, concise and jargon free language
- The ability to produce clear and accurate written material and communicate using appropriate wording.
- Self / Work Organisation, the ability to prioritise tasks and diarise effectively to achieve deadlines.
- A thorough understanding of software and systems appropriate to the role and the ability to input and extract a wide range of information to provide a variety of reports.
- An understudying of the structures and main operational activities of own business unit and of the interaction with other areas of the business. Has an understanding of the products and services available in the bank and of the customer relationship.
- A demonstration of a high degree of customer awareness and the meeting customer expectations
- An understanding of the importance of service level agreements, targets and deadlines
