HAYLE TOWN COUNCIL JOB VACANCIES
Hayle Town Council is seeking experienced and enthusiastic people to
join our small team. These are new posts following a considerable increase in the Town Council's property portfolio.
PART-TIME FACILITIES AND CONTRACTS MANAGER
30 hours per week
Salary Range SP28 - 33: £24,964 - £29,323 (pro-rata)
To manage the Town Council's properties and facilities and all related contracts. To assist on projects and business plans. To act as line manager to relevant staff. To attend and minute evening meetings.
A proven experience of contract and facility management is essential and a relevant qualification is desirable.
FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
37 hours per week
Salary Range SP19 - 24: £18,746 - £21,962
To carry out the general maintenance and upkeep of the Town Council's properties and to demonstrate general building, carpentry, painting and decorating, and basic plumbing skills.
Proven relevant experience is essential and a suitable trade qualification is desirable.
