The Humber Refinery located in Northern Lincolnshire, is one of the most complex refineries within the Phillips 66 portfolio and one of the most sophisticated in Europe, with a crude oil processing capacity of 221,000 barrels per day it refines the most economically advantaged crude oils to help shape today's energy landscape.

Shift Emergency Response Specialist 

In this role, working a shift pattern, you will be expected to provide emergency response to plant emergencies and provide safety advice and training on both shifts and days. Other responsibilities will include advising key shift personnel on how to meet their health and safety responsibilities; investigating all accidents and incidents, carrying out initial scoring of dangerous occurrences and ensuring immediate correction action is taken; assisting and standing in for Shift Emergency Response Team Supervisor as required.  Using your excellent communication skills, you will understand business needs to provide solutions and be able to communicate at all levels.  

You will be a qualified firefighter with an LGV licence and have a NEBOSH general certificate in safety (or higher) as well as having good experience of delivering training.
