Pumping Station Groundsperson
Duties include: Grass care and general grounds maintenance (i.e. mowing, strimming, spraying, chainsaw works) to the 35+ Board owned sites throughout the growing season. Other tasks to include minor general maintenance works e.g. painting, fence repair, minor building repair etc. and other associated works within the Board's district.
Relevant experience of all aspects of the above would be beneficial, and any proven experience/qualifications advantageous.
The Board offers: excellent rates of pay, a permanent position, minimum 38 hour week, paid annual leave and bank holidays, training where required and a pension scheme.
A driving license and a good understanding of the English language are essential. You must be able to provide your own daily transport for works duties when requested, mileage and car user allowances apply.
