Data and Information Manager (full time)

Salary Grade I (£31,973 - £34,682)

Location London Road, Bath until the summer 2017 when move to Oldfield Park, Bath

An exciting new role of Data Manager has been created to be responsible for the development and management of the new student database Norland has recently acquired.

Developing and managing the reporting systems which provides critical data for external regulatory bodies and Norland stakeholders is also a key part of this role.

The post-holder will be instrumental in moving forward the data management strategy by taking responsibility for version control, the development and implementation of a retention schedule and devising new policies to support these areas.

The successful candidate will need to be educated to degree level in IT or a similar subject and/ or hold a technical qualification. Strong experience of working with Prosolutions and Promonitor or similar systems is essential as is the ability to analyse data and produce reports for data return submissions.

The post holder will need to be familiar with legislative and regulatory frameworks for data and records management.
