Individual Learning Record Officer

£23,584 - £25,165, plus excellent benefits

37 hours per week

Permanent

This role is a brand new post, created to assist in the preparation and maintenance of the college's Individual Learning Record (ILR) system as well as to analyse our student and course data in preparation for it to be submitted on a monthly basis to the Government's Further Education Funding agencies.  In addition to this, you will also line manage a team responsible for the college's apprenticeship registration and certification, ensuring this provision is efficiently delivered.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in an FE environment, as well as experience of leading and managing a team.  You will also be able to work proficiently under pressure, in order to meet deadlines in a busy office environment.  Experience of maintaining information electronically on databases or spread sheets is essential.  You will also be a good team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative to be able to identify problems and find a solution.
