Member Retention Officer - The Key

The role:
As member retention officer, you'll be responsible for securing the renewal of a schools membership. Building relationships with school leaders across the country, you will ensure our members continue with us and fully understand how we can support and help them work more effectively.
Over the phone, you'll raise the profile of The Key, building on our renewal campaigns.
Day-to-day, you'll speak with our members, contributing to our high retention and renewal rates
This is a full-time appointment or potentially the option of term time only working
Location: London or Plymouth or potential for remote working
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (based on role being in London) based on experience, location + target based incentives
The person:
You will have the gravitas to effectively communicate with senior leaders across the country, an adaptable ‘can do' attitude as well as being driven and motivated by targets and up-sell opportunities.
You will have experience of working in a target driven role involving outbound sales calls, ideally within a membership organisation.
