Garden Centre Manager on Kent / Sussex Border
Are you ready for a challenge?
This new appointed person will be responsible for coordinating the heads of disciplines - plants, nursery, shop, gardens and restaurant and for assisting the new owner with developing the business.
Leadership skills, financial control systems and business management will all need to be demonstrated.
The garden centre already has a magnificent RHS garden and an enthusiastic person will be expected to increase visitor numbers.
The remuneration package will reflect the skills brought to the business and assistance with accommodation will be considered.
