Trainee or Experienced Mortgage and Protection Consultant

We provide advice on Mortgages and Insurance Policies, as well as referring leads to Conveyancing and Surveying departments. We do this to ensure we provide the best possible services to our customers, bringing people and property together. Role A brief outline of a Mortgage and Protection Consultant: Provide Mortgage and Protection advice, whilst referring customers to other key parts of the business. Providing a personal experience to our customers, ensuring the best possible service. Making the whole process as straightforward for the customer as possible, offering everything under one roof. Being responsible for offering the best advice to our customers from an exclusive panel of lenders. Working towards goals set by key stakeholders within the business. Always being passionate about doing the right thing for our customers. Working with the Retail side of the business whilst being in constant contact with the Regional Manager. Person Specification and Background We are looking for passionate, target driven individuals, with the ability to evidence success throughout their career. You will ideally come from a Financial Services background, and have some knowledge of the mortgage process. Benefits Include: A competitive basic salary, as well as an uncapped commission structure. You will work very closely with a team of Sales Negotiators, who will provide you with lead`s, however there is an element of self-generation required, hence why sales experience is imperative.
