Cambian Lufton College is a residential Specialist College providing quality care and education for young people between the ages of 16 and 25 With Learning difficulties
Candidate Profile:
You should have experience in care work, having gained or be working towards a QCF level 3 qualification. You should be experienced with working with young people with special needs, have a good knowledge of management practice and the ability to relate to staff in a supportive but motivational manner.
You will be highly motivated, well organised and resourceful. You will need to be able to demonstrate good leadership qualities and communication skills. You will be patient and energetic, but will need to have a genuine concern to improve the quality of life for the young people in our care.
Successful candidates will have to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post.
