We are currently looking to recruit for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join an established, friendly business where you will get the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in French, Italian, German, Spanish & English languages fluently.

You will be working great hours- Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00 pm and receive a salary of ??22,500 - ??23,000 per annum (depending on experience). Work for a well-established and rapidly growing company with free parking.

This family run business based in Yatton, North Somerset pride themselves on providing the most extensive range of pet care products in the world and their products can be found on most supermarket shelves.

The successful candidate will be:
-The first point of contact for advice and support in respect of the company's products over the telephone, by email, via correspondence and social media.
-Providing a professional, efficient and timely service to customers and consumers
-Ensuring that exceptional customer focussed standards are adhered to at all times.
-Ensuring stock level of product samples are maintained and send out when required
-Provide cover for the Reception when required

In order to be successful you will need:
- To be able to fluently speak French, Italian, German, Spanish and English
- Have solid exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to handle complaints effectively and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using SAGE CRM desirable
