HR Workforce Data Analyst/ HR Administrator - Earn up to GBP13.30 per hour plus benefits (PAYE) or GBP17.00 per hour (LTD)

Our Global Pharmaceutical client, a FTSE100 company, is looking for an HR Workforce Data Analyst/ HR Administrator based in Uxbridge for 6 months to provide high level analytical reporting and project support to the team

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the effortless experience for employees and managers reaching out to HR Operations by working on projects and initiatives

- Complex or non routine Workday transaction processings, unique cases that may not have an established process, projects/ restructures, operational reporting, P&R, working with compensation services, Recruitment requests, exit interviews, I9s, other sensitive projects (for example: reclaim money owed, data breach)
- Serve as subject matter expert on HR systems and tools and is able to identify when information appears out of alignment or incorrect
- Train others and coach peers in area(s) of expertise
- Use the on line tools on a daily basis and receive further capability development and coaching to ensure information and knowledge is relevant
- Interpret information and make independent judgements about transactions
- Manage various I-9 employment authorisation processes regularly, ensuring an acceptable level of organisational compliance
- Provide key support to HR and the business during the various promotional review cycles each year
- Provide support to HR and the customer with employment verification letters (for US those that are not in the scope for TALX/The Work Number)

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

- Degree in HR or Business related subject
- Experience of working in an HR or a customer support environment
- Excellent verbal communication including excellent listening skills
- Must work well, both independently and with a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Demonstrable analytic skills and attention to detail
- HR Experience preferred
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to understand root cause of issues and effectively problem solve
- In depth customer service orientation
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to understand detailed information and be able to make independent judgements about transactions
- High level of expertise on Workday or other HR systems, online tools and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay and other areas
- Proven data gathering, analytic and structured problem solving skills with a sound knowledge of reporting tools
