Our client is currently recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to join a busy team on a permanent basis in Bath Client Details Our client is an award winning hotel with an excellent reputation Description The Bath based Head Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring all rooms are presented to exceptional standards, reviewing and developing operating procedures to drive standards. The successful candidate will join the hotel management team and as such, will be placed on the duty manager rota, ensuring operational issues are dealt with effectively. You will have line management responsibility for your team, carrying out performance reviews, and managing all employee relations matters.
